Combining the functionality and ease-of-use of Shazamm’s proprietary asset management platform ZMedia™ with its cutting-edge interactive application Voice-it™, Z-one empowers users to remotely manage and monitor content on self-service kiosks and digital signs. This includes the ability to change text-based content and resize photographs and video in real-time, resulting in a high level of interactivity for end-users.

How it works

Z-one gives users the ability to completely and easily control – remotely via the Internet – one kiosk…or one thousand kiosks. Through a simple, password-protected interface, Z-one allows administrative users to easily add, edit and delete content (including text, photos/images, video, animations, etc.). As with all of Shazamm’s software products, Z-one is customized to suit the needs of each client, and encrypted to provide a secure transfer of information, including credit card transactions.

A practical example of the application’s use would be in the retail industry: Using Z-one, a retailer can quickly build, deploy, manage and update media-rich (video, animation, etc.) digital displays in stores to promote products and inform customers right at the point of purchase decision. Retailers can also offer coupons that print right from the kiosk. In turn, any information (such as e-mail addresses) collected from customers at the kiosk can be added to the retailer’s database and used for future promotions.
